The Board members
Cédric Léger
Honorary President since 2022, Cédric Léger led the association from 2015 to 2021. He has extensive experience in the precious metals sector, having held various management positions.
Christoph Wild
A member of the ASMP since 2013, he has served as Vice President and has over 30 years of experience in the precious metals sector. He was CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors of Argor-Heraeus until 2022, following a long career in senior positions within the company.
Phaedon Stamatopoulos
Managing Director of MKS PAMP Ticino since 2022. Long active in the industry, he has held operational, commercial and management posts, including Director of Refining and Banking at a large Swiss refinery. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Marketing from Imperial College London.
Dr. Sabrina Karib
Dr. Sabrina Karib brings to the Association extensive experience from her roles in the Swiss precious metals industry, including as Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel at Metalor Technologies and Director of Sustainability for a major Swiss refinery. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Basel, where her research focused on improving ethics and responsible sourcing in gold supply chains, and an LL.M. in Business Law earned after studies in France and the United Kingdom. As Founder of the Precious Metals Impact Forum (PMIF), she promotes inclusive dialogue across the precious metals sector and helps advance the work and vision of PMIF by speaking at international conferences on responsible sourcing and sustainability.
