The code of conduct

A shared commitment
to a responsible
supply chain

In 2019, the ASMP formalised its principles of ethical business conduct in a code of conduct. Since then, the members of the Swiss Precious Metals Association (ASMP) have adhered to this code, which promotes an ethical and sustainable vision for the entire Swiss precious metals supply chain.

ASMP members agree to incorporate the principles of the code of conduct into their business activities.

However, the Association is not liable for any non-compliant actions by any of its members and reserves the right to take measures against violations.

Any violation may result in sanctions, up to and including exclusion from the association, so as to ensure the integrity of the sector.
