As a private and pioneering initiative in the sector, PX Impact® earned PX Précinox the Swiss Ethics Prize in 2018.
PX Impact® guarantees responsible gold. Partnerships with artisanal mines (ASMs), combined with the resources, skills and know-how of PX Précinox and Dynacor Gold Mines, enable guaranteed mercury-free extraction processes, an economically viable premium and traceability throughout the chain.
The PX Impact® fund enabled the creation of the Global Ecosystem Impact Foundation (GEIF), supporting environmental and sustainable development objectives as well as humanitarian, educational and public health initiatives.
Through the PX Impact® fund, premiums are reinvested in local NGOs such as Fidamar in Peru. Between 2020 and 2024, nearly USD 2,000,000 was allocated to Fidamar, benefiting nearly 37,000 direct beneficiaries.

All bars are freshly minted or cast and come with a unique, DLT-registered digital record: the aXedras Integrity Certificate.

Argor-Heraeus has developed TraceAbility, a system that ensures gold traceability from mine to market. It integrates geochemical analysis, DNA markers, optical authentication, distributed ledger technology, and segregated production lines to provide secure, verifiable proof of origin. While these services have long been available to clients as standalone or integrated solutions, two investor-facing traceable product lines were launched in 2025.
TraceAbility uses advanced technologies like XRF based geochemical analysis, DNA markers, optical authentication, DLT, and ERP-traced physical segregation.
Today, they are offered as a modular system tailored to specific needs.
